How does Openotas process my data?
All processing happens entirely on your device using on-device AI models. Your notes, audio, and documents never leave your phone.
Can I back up my notes?
Yes. Go to Settings and use the backup feature to export your data as a file. You can save it to the Files app or any cloud storage of your choice.
How do I restore a backup?
Go to Settings and select the restore option. Choose your backup file and the app will import your notes, flashcards, and study progress.
What happens if I delete the app?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your notes, flashcards, and progress. We recommend creating a backup before uninstalling.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device's subscription settings to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
The AI model is not downloading. What should I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough free storage on your device. The AI model only needs to be downloaded once. Try restarting the app if the download gets stuck.
